Kat is a board sport inspired health enthusiast with a sense of adventure and love for the outdoors. She leads a very active lifestyle and has a passion to create things. Kat is ready to inspire and bring her positive spirited outlook and creativity into the classroom.

Kat is a highly dedicated early childhood educator always looking to learn and grow as a professional. While attending the University of Vermont she volunteered with Burton Chill Foundation teaching and inspiring children with special needs and under privileged youth to snowboard. Soon after college she worked alongside young adults with learning challenges as a job/life coach, teaching everyday life skills. She went on to work as a preschool teacher for 6 years. She spends her summers giving paddle board lessons and running small group fitness classes. Her diverse experience has molded her into the teacher she is today. She values each child's individuality and is determined to inspire and elicit the potential in every child while supporting their growth and success. That being said, she is a teacher. At work. At home. In virtually everything she does.
