Kaitlyn is a passionate meditator, a mindfulness advocate, and a forever learner who is enthusiastic about making the world feel more connected and whole. Kaitlyn is endlessly inspired by children and is dedicated to supporting the development of bright, creative, and spirited children.

Kaitlyn always had a passion for working with children, but it took her a while to find the path that lit her up the most. She always knew she wanted to help others, which led her to explore Human Services and Social Work in her undergraduate and graduate school career. Throughout these experiences she spent time working at different internships, working with both families to help them build stronger relationships and also with students, encouraging self confidence, social skills, and strong emotional health. It was when Kaitlyn began her role as an Assistant Teacher at a Montessori school working with children ages 3-6 that she knew she had found the right fit for her passion in educating children. The Montessori environment felt endlessly inspiring to Kaitlyn, and just as she was encouraging children in making new discoveries every day, she also felt them teaching her constantly as well. Kaitlyn feels a consistent excitement about the opportunities that each new days holds for learning and growing and loves sharing this daily excitement with the children she works with.
