SESSION DESCRIPTIONS (Each 6:30-7:00pm) (No availability? Please view our next time slot at 7:15pm!)

1. “A Day in the Life – Primary Learners”

Led by Ms. Julie

Have you ever wondered what your Learner does when he/she comes to school each day? This is your chance to find out! Come and join us to experience first hand what your learner's day is like at TSH! We will start with insights to opportunities for independence and concentration

2. “Cultivate positive discipline at home – Primary Learners”

Led by Ms. Laure & Ms. Cassandre

Educators will give out strategies and insights to nurture joy in the everyday life of our primary learners. Based on young children's sensitive periods and the natural laws of development educators will share real life experiences at home and at The School House to foster independent and confident learners.

3. “Fostering Confident and Independent Elementary Learners”

Led by Ms. Meg

One of the best gifts parents and educators can give a child are the tools to be a successful, independent learner.  Spend an evening with Miss Meg to learn positive forms of discipline and ways of guiding your child to function independently.  Taking time to strengthen their executive functioning skills will also create confidence within your learner that will allow them to tackle any challenge that comes their way

4. “How to break household task into the AEC curriculum – Elementary Learners”

Led by Ms. Stefanie

Many of our household tasks and chores are done without thinking and on autopilot, however have you ever thought about what our learners can experience when planning and cooking a meal for your family, doing laundry from start finish, or do yard work outside? Join us and we will give examples on how to break down tasks and what our learners can experience doing these tasks.
