Charles earned his BS in Marketing from Quinnipiac University with a focus on brand building and mass communications. His experience includes 17 years at Nickelodeon, where he developed and led the live-action marketing team, promoting iconic and cultural powerhouse hits such as SpongeBob, iCarly, Victorious and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Charles oversaw marketing efforts across all day parts including Nick Jr, Nick, Nick at Nite and Paramount+, showcasing a unique ability to connect kids and families of all ages and interests to the content they love.

His passions include construction, classic cars, model ship and railroad building, running and cycling. Charles also has a love for theater, having served as a stage manager in college, and working his first post-college job as a Broadway press agent for The Tony Awards.
