Breath work and yoga practice can bring you into the moment – whatever it may be – and add to your strength as a parent.
As part of our 2023 Parent Palooza, we want to welcome you to Thursday nights at TSH for Candlelight Yoga in our School House Barn. Picture 100 candles, a circle and a flow practice that is welcoming for every level.
Our first class will be March 2nd, 2023, at 7 pm when Superbowl, Valentine’s Day and Winter Break is but a fond memory.
We are so fortunate to have Yoga Instructor, Melissa Trentadue, from Breath Strength Studio leading us in this practice.
What to Bring: Please bring your Yoga equipment (mats, blocks, and straps) with you and take time to register for the Candlelight Yoga practice through the following link.
Changes / Cancellation: Please note, if you cannot attend after registering, please be sure to contact hq@theschoolhouse.org so we may free up your space for another parent.
